The cafe on the top floor of the Tate Museum in St.Ives looks down over the slate rooftops and the rocks and sea in the distance. There is nothing better than having a coffee or eating lunch (the food there is very good!) admiring the amazing views. I did this little painting after doing a course at the St.Ives School of Painting this summer. It is mostly acrylic and watercolour, framed in black wood and glass.
